How Can I Improve My Athletic Training (first Aid, Bandaging, Etc.) Skills?
Ok so I’m a new student trainer at my high school. I love health care but I feel like I’m a nuisance because I’m always hounding the athletes about their conditions because I care about them and their health. I also not that great at taping, bandaging, and stuff like that. I’m First Aid certified, but that’s slightly different. How can I improve and regain the athletes’ confidence?

Take some extra first aid courses, volunteer at first aid stations to get some experience, and practice on friends.
