How do you think? These are some of the most basic elements of security and health and safety/welfare policies, and all have VERY obvious benefits. Do a little research for yourself, as this strikes me as just basically being VERY lazy.

Well, they mainly improve awareness, training, leadership as well as contingency planning.
As they are laws, people abide.
