What Are Some Items That We Should Put In Our First Aid Kit To Go Rock Climbing In The Winter?
What are some good items to put in our first aid kits?
Some of us are diabetic.
We have
Gloves to use while we help someone.
Syringe in cause someone passes out and needs water.
Ice packs in cause someone has a headache or bangs there knees or head.
Tylenol in cause someone gets a headache.
Cough drops in case someone has a sore thought.
Anything else?

And an ambulance in case someone falls from the top.. Im just kidding..
Band aids, proxide, eye drops, your medications and depending on what kind of diabetic you are you might want to bring a couple candy bars.. Bottled water and snacks are also good ideas..
