At the end of the 'Additional qualifications' section just put 'qualification to be shown on request' in case If the employer wants to see any written/solid evidence of the qualification. If not then put it as immediate life support, and expand on exactly what you covered underneath; don't put advanced life support, that's something very different that includes administering drugs.
