What Do I Wear To A First Aid Course?
I’m taking a first aid course today. It’s offered in a classroom at my college. What do I wear? Is it okay to wear jeans, sneakers, and a conservative shirt since I’ll be moving around, or should I dress business casual?

You should just wear jeans and sneakers. You’re going to want to be comfortable.

casual is good, some first aid classes have CPR and you get down on the ground.

I’d wear something comfortable. Keep in mind you’ll be moving around esp. for CPR. when I had my cource we did CPR on the ground as if you would really do it. I had on cargo pants and a tee shirt and I was comfortable. So you may be on your knees a lot.
