We are running a building site and we need to know what the Legal position is for first aid qualificatons on a building site?

First Aiders in MOST countries are required when you have a certain number of people on the site for a particular length of time.
Contact your national ‘Health &Safety’ Authority for specific rules & regs!

It really depends on where you are. Each State/Province has it’s own regulations
