What’s The Difference Between Padi’s Emergency First Response Course And A Regular First Aid Course?
I want to take the rescue diver course, but Padi requires you to take a First Aid course beforehand. They have their own course available, but what’s the difference between their course and other first aid courses?

Many times the PADI course will also include a section on the use of Emergency Oxygen. Since Oxygen is the first aid for more DCS/DCI injuries, it is very beneficial to know this as well.
Most other first aid courses do not include the administration of emergency oxygen.

it’s either exactly the same, or if it’s taught by a scuba instructor, it’ll probably be geared a little more towards scuba. Take whichever one is cheaper….it’s all the same in the end.
